Easy Returns
All products sold through Smartphone Outlet are Open Box products. These products were returned for one reason or another from a customer or overstock from a manufacturer. All items are tested, sanitized, and repackaged for sale.

Seven Day Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with an accessory product sold by Smartphone Outlet, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. All returned products must be unopened to avoid a re-stocking fee. All opened products returned for credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee on defective items.

Misshipped or Defective Products

If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please email or call (866) 627-9735 with details. We will email or mail you a free UPS Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost.

Outside of the 7-day return window

If your product becomes defective after the 7-day return policy, please email or call the manufacturer directly for warranty details. Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from six months to lifetime) and procedures. All sales will be final as of the 7th day after delivery, Smartphone Outlet will no longer be responsible for any defects after that time period.
